New changes not so great.
I have stayed at the Clear Lake Garden Inn a few times in the last five years and the changes this year have been disappointing. Before there was iced water and hot coffee in the lobby most of the day. Now no iced water and coffee only during breakfast hours unless you want to make it on a machine, which was broken. The lobby staff were disinterested and a little on the icy side, when they acknowledged you at all. However, the cook and server in breakfast area were very nice and efficient. Hope this was just a off.

Great staff. Very friendly and responsive to needs. The lobby and dining area were bright and cheerful. Nice fireplace, wish it had been cold enough to light it.

Room was nice. Front desk guy was too worried about his own business and kept talking to other front desk person when we were trying to check in. Also the hot was water warm at best.

Was in town for a bowling tournament. I chose this hotel because it had decent ratings and it had a hot tub! Was super excited for that. But when i got here. They in fact DO NOT have a hot tub. Also the TV in the room was stuck on demo mode. The fridge was not on and it never actually got cold. The elevators did not feel safe. The rooms were clean. Really dissapointed in the false ad.
