Large hotel chain lacks service.
Room is clean, WiFi is terrible, computers/transaction time to get the room was long even though the room was secured prior to checking in. Burger was good, fries were not fresh, limply. Staff nice, but the tools the hotel provides them are not efficient.
My go to place.
Always stay here when in Lompoc. Respectful and courteous staff. Clean rooms, excellent staff and service.
