Outstanding Experience & Service!
At 2:00 a.m. I had to exit a plane bound for Boston and found myself stranded at the airport for the next 18 hours. Hilton Garden Inn quickly registered me for a room and sent a shuttle to pick me up. They happily provided me with a late check out so I could rest. Jorge kindly welcomed me and made sure I had enough water. The next day Debbie delighted me on the shuttle back to the airport and made me promise to call if there were any further issues. It was by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had in all of my travels!
Jorge and Debbie are outstanding employees and are an asset to the Hilton family. Thank you so very much!

The front staff were incredibly kind and professional. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. And I also loved the fact that we could take a shuttle to the airport and not have to worry about getting Uber or other transportation.
