We really enjoyed our stay. Kind staff and clean, comfortable room.
Not Acceptable
My wife and I stayed @the Hilton Garden Inn 12/23 12/27. We never got the room serviced at all. Breakfast, with Kelvin, was excellent. This was the location on Thomasville Rd. Our daughter lives in Tallahassee and I don't think we'll ever stay there again.
Stan at Reception is an asset! He recognizes returning guests and is welcoming.

The hotel was being renovated. Const workers coming back n forth thru guest elevator. No hot water!

All the staff we preoccupied on their cell phones . The night desk clerk was watching a football game on the downstairs tv on the couch!

The hotel was clean. Our room was spacious. I liked that it had a microwave & fridge in our room. The staff was very friendly and had good customer service. It's near restaurants & shops. My only suggestion is put towel rods in the bathroom to hang up towels & wash cloths.
