I booked two rooms through Expedia. One King, and one with 2 Queen beds.
When I arrived, I was unable to get the queen beds. I was told that "sometimes that happens with 3rd party bookings." I was offered a free breakfast for my inconvenience. No thanks.
I needed 2 queens, and I couldn't make a change upon arrival to another hotel, so we were stuck. The people in that room were not pleased, understandably.
