Overall good experience.
We needed to add additional nights and thought we may need to move to a different after our initial stay. Mary Faith was very accommodating and helped us so we didn’t have to move. She was very helpful. Also Stacie was as well.

The only complaint is that the people above us was really loud both nights ww were there so we unfortunately did not get enough sleep.

We had a pleasant experience. The staff were patient and reacted immediately to our concerns with the heater in our room. The front desk staff went beyond her duty to make sure we felt heard and that our needs were met.

The stay was pretty comfortable. I forgot that this hotel has a nightlight that can not be turned off, so we ended up sitting our bags in front of it to try and block most of the light. I did not have the option for caffeinated coffee the next morning, the only pods were decaf and tea so I had to go to the lobby. That particular lobby is the coldest I have ever been in. All guests were wearing hats and coats in the lobby (both evening and morning) and even at breakfast, I waited for DoorDash and had to keep coat and hat on. I do not get cold easily, this is a heating issue.
