The hotel staff was super friendly. There was a self service kiosk for small snacks and drinks which was a nice convenience. I did not use the restaurant facilities but it appeared to be nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.

It was good! The only thing is that we wanted to stay facing the front and the front desk attendant told us even numbers faced that way (which was false). We aren’t upset but maybe just an education piece for her

The toilet failed in our room right after we checked in. Stacey at the front desk was amazing and helpful figuring out how to get us a different handicap room! Thank you, Stacey !!
