Rude front desk clerk.
Nicole or Natalie (it was 4am after a four hour drive from Hollywood and don’t remember her name) at front desk was super rude. Had reservation but she said no room available; was flat out condescending; talking down to me as if I were a child. Will never book there again and would not recommend. Rude people are a real deal breaker.

Comfy beds and pillows. Needs updated. Lack of counter space in bathroom. A door stop into the bathroom would help. Love the big chairs in the lobby. Air conditioner is too loud for sleeping. Needs big time updating. My husband and I wanted a bowl of cereal and not pay for a full meal and the waiter told us to help ourselves. So very nice. We felt comfortable!
Staff was professional, hotel and room were clean.
Will be returning soon.

The room was clean, nice and spacious. Mini fridge and microwave. Smart TV with quick access to my Netflix. The bed was very comfortable.
