Checkin was delayed over an hour and a half late. Hotel shares elevators another joined hotel property, so there was a constant wait for a free elevator every single time you need to use the elevator. Towels were not clean. Not the best experience.

Unfortunately, I had a very short stay so I didn't get to see or do much but the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the parking. But it's not something that can be changed considering the location, but the cost of parking - being charged twice was ridiculous. I paid the last day I was there at the machine and they charged me on my invoice.

We had to wait 30 minutes past check-in time to get our keys because the room wasn’t ready. One of the lobby attendants was professional, but the other was not; she argued with us when we inquired about our wait time. When we finally got to our room, we found hair in the bathroom and a cracked vanity. The balcony, for which we paid extra, left our feet dirty. Overall, the value just isn’t there. We’ve stayed at other AC Marriott hotels, and this one has been the worst experience.
