Nice staff, manager needs to work out admin issues.
I was here for a week. I was overcharged for my stay, in three separate charges, now I have to go downstairs and deal with it. Also, my room was not cleaned for several days despite my request. The hotel staff are very nice, valet is nice and front desk people. Nice bartender. However, the manager is responsible for making sure these things happen not the staff. Also, they need to find a vendor for the tortilla that is on the menu, that needs to happen, also maybe get some more food on the menu.

I am a true believer that the A/C Hotel is the way to go. As a person with allergies and my children have allergies, it is great for us to find a hotel that values the people more than the pets. The floors also are my worst nightmare of having germs. No carpet on the floors is great for my family and does not trigger our allergies. The hotel was quiet and we got some great and much needed rest after a long flight and before we left on a long flight. Clean, Clean, Clean! I will book at A/C from now on!

Short stay but it was great! Well kept, nice staff and great view from our room. Valet was expensive but other than that, the room was reasonably priced.
