1) Bathroom paint peeling. 2) Tape on A/C Vent. 3). Front Desk Staff was not great and under staffed. Placed me on infinite hold when I called for my vehicle. They only had one person on duty at the Front desk on a Saturday at 7 p.m. It appears they are trying to run a hotel in downtown New Orleans like it is an Inn in a small town. 4). We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door the whole time we where there; however, someone from housekeeping walked in to our room on Sunday. Somewhat fortunately, we happened to be in the room at the time. When I asked the front desk, they said a housekeeping supervisor gave the guy the wrong room number.

First day of arriving to the Omni we were impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff (front desk lady was amazing and professional), room was very clean! We stayed 3 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned! The cleaning staff (no English) were rude and didn't acknowledge us or the fact we wanted our room cleaned, or clean towels, or even our trash can emptied! We were also charged for things we didn't not use (ex. parking fees)! When we pointed this out to the Manager we were given only $100 off of our bill (which was close to $900) and reimbursed for our breakfast ($42). In addition we had to make many calls to get charges (parking) taken off of our bill. It was my 66th birthday celebration and had anticipated so much more from a 5 star hotel!! Won't be returning and I intend to spread the word...!

This was a great stay! Great location and amazing service from the staff. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they left a slice of cake and birthday card in our room upon arrival! It was so sweet. We were able to walk mostly everywhere. Dining and bar locations were good, and we loved walking on the Riverwalk boardwalk. It was away from the busy French quarters but close enough for us to walk over if we wanted to.
The cabinet door to the fridge seemed to had been broken before us and someone tried to place it back without fixing it. The first time we opened the cabinet door, it came off its hinge. I did let them know about it, as I did not want to be charged for something that clearly was broken before we got there. Waiting to see if I receive my security deposit back.
Overall, great stay and I will definitely be back!

I gave 5 stars just because the bartender Leonard. He was informative and gave great conversation. Even if I don’t stay at this location in future I would have my nightcap with Leonard. Unfortunately he was off the Saturday of my stay 11/2 and whoever was there instead was never at the bar anytime I walked up and waited a few minutes. The double bed room beds and pillows are realllyyyyy small. Go for Leonard at the bar though, he is best thing going. Front desk staff also nice and friendly.

We stayed for one night on a very busy weekend. The front desk staff handled a super stressful time well and with dignity and calm. The rooms were fine, the beds not the most comfortable and I dislike 2 double beds vs 2 queen beds, but it did the job for the one night we were there. I would not book the same room for a longer trip. The valet was easy and all of the service we received was great.
