Clean, warm, very good breakfast and excellent staff.
Evening clerk was very helpful and showed me around as I was a late check in. Day clerk Tim, was very professional, efficient, informative and so easy to deal with. I will definitely choose this hotel again! It was clean and warm with a very good breakfast and excellent staff.

The room is a standard room. The staff was impatient and the manager was immediately defensive and rude about a question on our booking. Very expensive.

First room had no heat. 2nd room did. Basic rooms. Refrigerator has a small freezer. No coffee maker until I asked and got one.

The lobby was clean and the coffee was good. The room was what you’d expect for the price. Light switch by the door didn’t turn on any lights and we had to turn on the bathroom light to see anything when we first entered the room. Aside from that it was a decent stay

Excellent location for Black Friday shopping. Easy accese to malls, outlets and a varietyof restaurants. 24 hour tea and coffee was a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable although it is not very large. Breakfast was goid.
