Close to Renaissance faire, Kings Island and Cincinnati attractions. Clean and very well maintained. Will stay again.

I needed a place for the night and route from Kansas to New York. Microtel was just right. Courteous service, price was right, room was clean, had comfortable bed, clean bathroom, all I needed when I was ready to quit driving, shower, watch a little TV, get some much-needed sleep in peace and quiet. (The night before I “slept” in the car at an interstate “rest” stop!).

It was a very good place to stay.

I booked a room that was handicapped assessable in error. There was an adjoining room. The people in the adjoining room got loud around 11 pm until 3 am. Slamming doors, yelling, more slamming doors. Tried to get in our room.

Trash on counter, ants, mold.

The hotel is aged and is need some upgrades. The room I stayed in was NOT clean. There was hair in the bathroom, bathtub, and one of the beds had hair between the sheets. I reserved the room for two days but, didn’t go back for the second night. I called and informed the receptionist that I wouldn’t be returning and informed them about the issues with the room. I was told to call manager then next day, which I did. The manager was so nasty, rude and very dismissive. I explained my purpose for coming to Cincinnati and hotel stay he let it be known it wasn’t his problem. I let him know I was going to contact corporate and make a post on social media and that’s when he was willing to remove the charge for the night I wasn’t there. Never again will I stay at this establishment.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a hair on the toilet. Not the kind you want to see. The water wasn't hot in the evening, but was fine in the morning.
