Appreciated easy open door to room; bathroom door that stayed open without a door stop; well placed safety bar on shower/tub that also helps toilet use. Twenty four hour food and drink station very handy.

I have always enjoyed staying here, but this last time I felt like I was given a room that was converted from a storage closet into a guest room. There was rust around the door frame, a hole in the bathroom door (like someone kicked it) and paint peeling of the walls. First time ever that I was given a crappy room!
