Pool was very nice and they were extremely accommodating in giving us rooms next to each other! Bathroom clean and loved bottle of soap etc.

Not well maintained, heating / cooling unit did not work well, and the bathroom was not well cleaned.

This place used to be good. But it’s gone downhill. In pulling into the parking lot at 1:15 pm…the grass and landscaping haven’t been tended to in a long time. We parked our car and we were the only car in the lot. We thought it was closed. I entered to check in only to be told they didn’t have a room ready. Wait until 4pm checking. WE WERE THE ONLY car in the lot and they didn’t have rooms cleaned yet? Even one? When we finally did get in our room…there were ants in the Bathroom and hallway. So unfortunately that’s our last stay at this hotel. Oh and I’m a Bonvoy member. That didn’t matter.

Very old property, and it shows it, the room they gave us #119, had a bad oder, the front desk changed it to room 219, the front desk told me, she can only change the room once. Room 219 had less odor, then it was next to the elevator, which had a noise going up and down, we could hear it through out the night. No sleep for the night. In the morning we decided to just leave and forget about the second night which we had paid for. The young lady at the front desk offered room 421 far from the elevator, the odor was much less, but still there. Everything in this place has passed it's useful time.

The website said there was a restaurant and and bar. There wasn't. Not even breakfast of any kind provided. Staff friendly but the hotel needs a complete revamp.. It was dirty and in need of maintenance.

The room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom requested to move rooms next room was musty smelly the doors were all damaged looked like people were trying to break in to the rooms by the way the doors has been damaged. Overall a horrible stay

The staff was great, but I had to switch rooms twice. A/C problems. Maybe wait for the renovations, starting soon.

This hotel is dated and needs a major facelift. The restaurant and bar are closed!

I’m not sure how this is a Sheraton because the quality of this hotel was terrible. The staff was very nice but the actual hotel was outdated, needed new everything, and was just basically gross. My bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, my mom’s bathroom had hair all over the walls. The shower has very low ceilings so if you’re tall, be careful. The hotel has ONE microwave for everyone to use and it’s in the lobby. The bar was not in service and the breakfast was somehow not available too. The pool looked like if you went in it you might come out with something. Upon entering my room there was a huge stain on the carpet and several of the guests had problems with their rooms not having AC. Overall, this was an experience that I wouldn’t recommend to a soul.
