Sheraton Boston a Marriott Hotel

Location was key.
The location was easy for the event we were attending.
Room very nice; cot was unusable in available space.
The room was well equipped and had a nice view fine for us as a couple. We wanted our son to visit for our last night and a "cot" was delivered, but it was substantially larger than any available space. Although I am a Gold Bonvoy member, I was not allowed to use any Bonvoy privileges because I registered through the (AAAS) conference site, not the Bonvoy site. That seemed to me to be both excessive and unwarranted punishment. Very bad taste in my mouth.
Enjoyable stay staff was so nice.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Love the hotel and the staff was fabulous!

Oh the room was very clean and updated looked very nice, the refrigerator wasn’t running very well and I called the front desk and they had a new one up there in 15 minutes, great service! The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

Was convenient location next to Prudential shopping, lots of things to do within walking distance and also easy access to public transportation.

At the time of booking this hotel It was not mentioned that the hotel is under reconstruction and the pool was not available. We had to take our grandchildren to the Marriot Hotel and present our hotel key pass to use the pool there.
Had I known beforehand I would have made the reservation with the Marriot Hotel and saved the time lost on running between hotels.
