In town for concert.
We were concerned that downtown Sacramento would be problematic… but the hotel was very nice, all the staff from the valet door greeter to the desk clerk to the manager did a good job. Room was already nice and cool when we entered which set the tone because it was over a hundred outside. Bed was comfortable and usually I cannot sleep in hotel rooms very well. But this room was cool, comfortable and with the blinds mercifully dark which is just how I like it. Cheers.

Decent conference hotel. Staff at the desk and front door were great. Helpful. Food in the banquet rooms was fine and the serving staff stood out as a strong point.
Good location and valet parking.
Valet parking is convenient. Location is very good.

Close to Amtrak Station. Really good food and open for meals when you get in late. They have a nice bar with nice bartenders, and a restaurant for a really good breakfast. Very impressive large lobby.

the check in was worse than TSA at an airport, took 45 minutes just to see a clerk to start check in. The Shower would not get even remotely warm, I was forced to take a cold shower in a room that costs $380 a night. Terrible

Great location! Across the street from convention center! Only thing was that when I called for house keeping to send over a blanket (same with my friends’ suite), they did not come until a second call was made 30-45 minutes later.

Lighting in room is poor. Bathroom lighting is poor especially for women to apply makeup. Bedding and pillows are subpar quality.

Took an hour to check in
Limited staff -there was a 10 min period where there was nobody at the front desk with about 30 people in li e waiting
The didn’t have the room I paid for -only a king room left, she asked if I wanted a roll away sent up , I said yes…it never happened
