Worst experience ever.
Room was mediocre, plugs didn't work, safe didn't work, the room had two full size beds, not queen as specified on website. Valet, be so careful, they'll try to double charge you and make you sit in the lobby forever waiting. The staff aren't people friendly and they could care less when anyone complains. Sitting in the lobby anxiously waiting for our car, there were four other people at front desk complaining, one lady left she said her room was so disgusting she wasn't about to stay. Another lady had things stolen from her room. This place isn't a great place to stay, over priced for sure.
Hotel needs an update.
We stayed for four days, room reasonably clean, new carpet a plus, beds need to go asap, staff super nice, really quiet because not many guests…overall 3.5.
A very comfortable stay.
Everything was as scheduled and expected. Check in was easy. The room was clean. The gym was better than most hotel gyms and valet was ready to go!

The room was warm and clean, but the heating system was too loud. The staff was polite. I was misled by the $75 hold on my credit card which ended up being $80.33. I have not been reimbursed for that fee. In addition, the restaurant charges added to my room do not reflect the amount I spent. I believe I was overcharged, a $139.93 for my menu selections in the restaurant is overpriced.

Friend got stuck in the elevator. Maintenance guy waited 45 minutes before asking for help. Probably wouldnt even have asked for help if we didnt go investigate what was taking so long. Maintenance guy was laughing and treating the situation as a joke.

The property is an older hotel but clean and has everything you need in current amenities. We had issues with the air and toilet upon arrival, within minutes of my call maintenance came and fixed both issues, demonstrating how great the customer service is. I would stay here again in the future,

Parking isn’t great, overnight valet price of 40$, rooms are FILTHY, not up to marriott properties, hotel is beautiful though and is right in the middle of the city, walkable distance to a lot of properties.

Never again. Valet parking is an absolute joke. DO NOT let this hotel/Columbus Parking Management (their valet vendor) park your car. 50 minutes to retrieve car - again, almost AN HOUR to get car from parking garage around the block. Hotel Manager? Feckless. I’m sorry is all I and the other FIFTEEN guests waiting for our cats got. Oh and they forgot to give us our breakfast voucher at check in - so naturally we had to go retrieve one.
