If you are lucky and will get quite neighbors this hotel is very nice. We were unlucky and could not fall asleep until 2.30 am because of neighbor room and people there were having a party. We've made a complaint it didn't help. Having doors in the room that lead to the other rooms make noise even worst.

Checking in was pretty simple. Lady was freiendly for the most part. Once I got to the room it was very antiquated! Smelled horrible and there appeared to be a large blood stain on the floor. Fridge didn’t work. Chair and foot rest were stained as well. Luckily there was a meijers down the street and I bought a of febreeze. The lady at the front desk was polite about it and offered me a breakfast coupon and a different room. I refused to be that person that plays Karen and bounces from room to room and just dealt with it. However I don’t think I would ever recommend this hotel to anyone. There are several other hotels in the area.

Property advertises a free airport shuttle however refused to provide it. Can not be pre-booked only available upon request. When requested they claimed it was "full" then the shuttle (a van) drove away with one person in it however this shuttle clearly could fit several people. Had to pay $30 for a taxi.
