Great accommodations in downtown Memphis!
Had a great stay while in Memphis for a wedding. Centrally located to get anywhere downtown quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Valet parking.

Defective Lock
Locked out of room nearly two hours. Building and restaurant very cold. poor food. Parking unavailable.

Hotel offers valet parking. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was polite and professional. The cookie delicious. The towels and bedding were great. The bed was so comfortable, I'm thinking of Googling to find it for my home. The room was well appointed with everything we needed. Our view was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Our stay at the Doubltree downtown Memphis was perfect. The location had a great bar with very friendly staff. We were able to walk to the Peabody to see the ducks and also walk easily to our restaurant for dinner.

Valet lost keys for rental car causing us to be late for an appointment. Shower handle did not work. HVAC was either freezing or unbearably hot. Staff was nice but this place was a disaster and the GM did not seam to care.
