We had a good stay although the problem was that the room was so super hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. They did have a thermostat on the wall but there was a note saying that the air conditioning would not be available. We did open the window however it did not cool the room down for some reason. It was only allowed to be open a couple inches. For this reason we wouldn't stay in this hotel again we barely got any sleep it was so hot. The staff was very good and everything was clean. The restaurant was good and the bartender was very nice. Good area to find other places to eat and shop also.

The bathroom needs updates and the room was located near the banquet hall and there was extremely loud music until midnight.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. The only issue we had was how hot the room was. The only way to cool it was to open the window and run a fan. This could use some attention. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Terrible service at the counter lady was mean
And cursing on a language I didn’t understand
we didn’t feel welcome at all they charge
me $100 cash deposit in case of damages done to the room and charge extra
For the room $75 per day this never happened
We stay in the same hotel when we visit Minnesota
We are never booking with Expedia or staying at this hotel ever again
