The air conditioning unit was so laid that sleeping by it was impossible it had to exceed all noise safety limits. Per friendly hotel pet surcharge is $75. No breakfast included.

We paid for breakfast and front desk told us wrong time they would closed it down and we did not received any. They did even try to refund out breakfast we paid and did not received.

Everything was great except the property giving Coach Prime our suite! Even though we had it reserved. We were told that Coach Prime wanted suites for all his coaches. Unreal!

For the luxury of the hotel, the room was not very adequate. The tv was not able to extend out past a point where it wasn’t blocked by the closet. All the hinges/rollers were incredibly loud. Other than then that, decent stay. I wouldn’t stay again because of these reasons listed and also the fact there are only two ramp compatible entrances. Very nice hotel but I would still choose a different one.
