My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. In my opinion the hotel needs to be updated, the floors need to be strengthened so you don't hear the people above you. With that said, I believe that the staff and services made up for any shortfalls in my stay. I believe that the staff at that hotel were absolutely lovely people, They made our stay comfortable and safe. On a funny note the entrance is appalling, it's very difficult to figure out which lane to turn into. I suppose younger people would do better than me.
