Only one key card would work, I couldn’t plug in my bi pap machine by the bed, room smelled like stale cigarettes, no one told me about continental breakfast, I would’ve ate.

BED BUGS !!!!! BED BUGS!!!!! BED BUGS !!!!!!! THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSTTT STAY IVE HAD ANYWHERE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY AND MUSTY. BARELY HAD WORKING WATER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS BED BUGS. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO HELP OR ATTEMPT TO ACCOMMODATE THEY TREATED US AS LIARS EVEN WITH PROOF. WE WERE FORCED TO LEAVE AND PAY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.

The staff were amazing at hospitality! They were eager and friendly towards any task that I needed a solution to.
However, the television was not working properly on Monday evening. The front desk tried to rectify the issue but was unsuccessful. I didn’t bother with it the rest of the stay because I had other options on my cell phone.
