Horrible! I have tried for 5 days to get a response from Hotels.com. I would never recommend Baymont in Helen, Georgia to anyone. Rooms need complete makeover.

The only complaint that I have I was on the fifth floor and there was a dog up there barking all night. I didn’t hear my wife did Barking doesn’t bother me.

Location was good, but rooms need renovating. The AC made weird noises. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing so skipped.

Very disappointed. The photos from hotels.com did not match my in person vision. Out of 3 rooms, each had issues from holes in the walls, the shower door falling off the track (& not sliding), discolored paint on the wall, the headboard leather scratched in appearance, exposed wiring at thermostat, chipped paint in ceilings, broken ac/heat cover, musky odor, the floors needed attention, hair in towels, and moisture issue in the room (damp). Note: I didnt get 3 rooms, this was after speaking to the representative about the issue in room 1 and I was moved to two other rooms. The representative then explained there would be issues in all of the rooms.

The most miserable pillows and mattress ever. Neither my husband or I got much rest. The one bedside lamp did not work. The room was very dark. The sofa sunk in when sat on making it hard to get up. Sleeping in the car would have been better.
