Property under renovations, very disorganized and unsafe

Hotel was dirty and under renovation! Hallways smelled dirty. Bathroom wall was falling off. Soap dish for the shower was missing and underneath the sink!!! Walls in the room were dirty lamps was rusted and I will never stay at another Baymont!!!

This property is horrible! It says under renovation but due to how bad it looks it should be closed until done. The rooms are dirty, linen all have cigarette holes in the sheets, build up around the sink faucets, rust in the tub. Shower looks disgusting. Fridge old an dirty, holes in the wall. This place is completely disgusting I would definitely never bring my kids here ever again

This property was horrible. They were under construction, which of itself wasn't bad. However, water was shut off around 6pm, without warning. We went down to the front desk to ask about it. It came back on briefly around midnight, enough for one flush of the toilet, then it was shut off again. We decided to check out in the morning (we were going to stay another night). We explained why we were checking out. The employee was rude to us and tried to tell us an irate customer pulled the fire alarm, so the fire department shut off the water. We explained that we heard the irate customer and the water was already off hours before that. He didn't know what to say then. It was the worst experience we have had in all the teaveling we have done. DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!

This hotel is under renovation so all facilities were not available. The staff was friendly and helpful but room did not have enough towels for 2 people and no cups. Hopefully when the renovation is complete the service and room amenities will improve
