The towel bar fell off the wall in bathroom. I asked for extra towels ahead of time not given. The pool was not heated or even open. Breakfast very poor

Front desk person on check in was not pleasant at all - bordering on rude. Nothing hot for breakfast. "Fitness Center" was not working and out of order. Overall - would not recommend this location at all.
