Clean room respectful staff

The toilet paper roll was sitting on top of the toilet paper holder, which was holding an empty roll (suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned). Also, the complimentary ice bucket had a condom, the condom wrapper and a paper towel shoved in it. Upon seeing that, I immediately checked out. Also, the elevator button sunk into the wall when I pressed it. I feared I would be electrocuted. I didn’t give it the lowest rating because it was very cheap price wise.

The whole place was bad

This place was a dump. Got there at 3:45 and was told room wasn’t finished being cleaned. Didn’t wait long but upon entering was very disappointed. Dead bugs in the heater/ac unit. Dusty, not sure the floor was wiped. It’s some sort of linoleum. Carpeting in hallways clearly hasn’t seen a vacuum in months. No tissues. Someone tried to enter our room while we were getting ready. Heard it so happening so threw the latch and the door bounced off. When we reported front desk said it was probably house keeping. After that I didn’t feel safe. In the morning my husband was going to shower and the spicket did not work. Seriously? When we reported that we were offered a different room to shower. No thanks. We had enough. We should have been reimbursed. I will stick to Hilton from now on. This was a 0 out of 10. Anyone that says differently needs their head examined.

room was DISGUSTING

The good: staff was nice, there is an option to request late check out via text. The bad: power outlets didn’t work, phone didn’t work, there was a sulphur smell to the water, the tub was stained with something (hair dye?). The ugly: I woke up covered in itchy bites after the second night there. I didn’t see any bedbugs, but I sure am itchy and I have the red bites to prove it.

The rooms could look a lot better, new bedding could be purchased. I think the building could be updated all around. The staff was friendly and courteous to my needs

Nice bedroom

Parking was close, room wasnt very clean but the beds were freshly made and comfortable. The microwave was damaged and there was no refrigerator.
