The staff at the Baymont Inn were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious. Free Breakfast was great. We stayed four nights and the housekeeping staff never came to refresh the room (empty trash, change out the towels, vacuum, make the bed, etc.) during our stay.

Overall take away was that it felt old and damp. Needs updating and new flooring. The hot tub was so filthy we didn't even get into it and that was going to be our favorite part of the weekend.

Clean hotel with good beds. Breakfast was excellent!

I was not able to check in and stay at this hotel because a sudden work emergency caused me to have to travel out of state and cancel my plans. I called the hotel and they said they could not cancel for me. I had to pay the total costs for the stay even though unexpected emergencies that were out of my control occurred. One of the reasons why I hate staying in hotels while travelling.

The room was clean and food was good. Staff was friendly.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a comfortable place to stay for a duathlon race weekend with our dog and my race gear. The following morning we were able to catch the complimentary breakfast and it was absolutely incredible! The eggs were freshly made and great, the mini donuts tasted like they were from an actual bakery, Chobani Greek yogurt (not a random no brand), fresh pancakes (from cool a pancake making machine) and a plethora of other hot and cold foods. We did not get a chance to check out the hot tub or pool but when we arrived on Saturday, it was filled with families enjoying it and it looked very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, much more comfortable than most hotel beds. The finishes were decently nice, plenty of channels on the TV, generously sized mini fridge with a freezer (two doors!). We had a chair/lounger and one bed which was the perfect amount of space for the three of us and a set of gear for a duathlon race, plus the extra night's stay worth of luggage. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Baymont in Grand Haven and we'll be staying there again. See you next year!

Older hotel where you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Room could have been cleaner. Clogged tub. Children running up and down the hallway slamming doors until midnight. Staff were very nice and breakfast provided was appreciated.

Lady at desk was awesome. Missing hairdryer in our room and she got one for us. Forks for us as well. Lady manning the breakfast was constantly patrolling to keep things stocked and cleaned. Loved the paintings for sale in the hall. Our room was wonderful, clean and comfy.
