But I had to change my room it reaked of smoke and the first staff member did not want to do anything so I had to ask for the manager. Then the manager gave me another room but the first staff member was like how is this possible the whole premise is smoke free how is this even possible, like he did not believe me. That’s why I asked for the manager that took care of it. But the bathtub in the new room I could not use it it was really dirty

The walls in the hallways were desperately in need of paint. It is also winter and they were not heating the halls. Our nonsmoking room so freshly smelled of tobacco it permeated my pajamas and everything still stunk when I unpacked. It snowed overnight and the lot was not plowed. Very subpar, Wyndham you can do better than this!
