Made a same day RSVP for a pet friendly room and they quickly made that possible. The room was close to an exit which was perfect for emergency potty breaks for our dog. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet.
Good Customer Service
Staff was very customer service motivated particularly in the area of getting keys to family members when they checked in. I had to leave some keys at the front desk and they got the keys to relatives when they arrived. I had paid for the rooms and then left early for the visitation at funeral home prior to the relatives arrival.
