Clean, friendly, helpful.
Good hotel!
Nice hotel.
A suitable place that was reasonably priced.
Stay at Baymont was very nice.
My room was very clean. Breakfast was an added plus and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The first room the door did not lock and no hot water. The second room no hot water. The night manager said he would send maintenance and they never came. The next morning I told the morning manager she sent maintenance but they did not fix it. Three hours later I had to go to the room of a guest that had just checked out so that I could shower

King size bed, large flat screen smart TV, room was very clean it smelled clean in my room as well. Excellent staff and service considering a large amount of clientele I walked by smelled like pot and tobacco. Only negative the heater did not work however I like the cold and I was there by myself so it was not a problem. However if I had anyone with me I would have had to switch rooms or ask them to fix it.

Ideal for the price: Indoor hallways Comfortable bed Clean rooms Property could use an update, but then the price would go up. Perfect as-is for the price.

The hotel is old including the room's condition, and the breakfast is very limited. It is more useful for a 1-night stay during a road trip though it was a little noisy. The best thing about the hotel was its staff at the front desk.

You can tell this property has been recently purchased and is in the process of being renovated. That being said, i had two rooms. Ine had carpet and the other new vinyl floors. One room had a working TV (multiple channels), fridge (albeit dirty), microwave and ac wall unit. The other room did not have a working TV, fridge, or ac wall unit. The mirror in that room also had a crooked hanging window. Now the building was quiet and did not have any strange odors. Ice and coffee maker provided. We also went down one morning foe breakfast where the only things offered was wassles, biscuits and gravy, raisin bran, cheerios, bagels (no cream cheese, bread, and expired yogurt. My biggest upset though was while checking in with my teen daughter beside me the receptionist said my room number and location out loud while another male guest was behind me. Not professional at all.
