Worst experience ever rude obstinant, unable to accommodate me.
I made the reservation through your service. I was very clear that I was disabled accompanied by a medical service dog had to be on first floor. I am not able to do stairs at the front desk with rudeness and obstinance have never experience anything at a hotel is negative beforeover last five years I have I have stayed at the Belmont that four or six times a year I will never be staying there again.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful every time we stay here. Close to Walmart and other shopping options and proximity to rock Springs Baptist Church. We appreciate the breakfast and coffee.. Wish you would get that Fitness room up and running! Good value for the money.

Room not so clean and smelled. Complained about the dog next door kept trying to come in our room and it was bleeding and they didn’t do anything for us or make neighbor bring dog inside . And I had 3 kids
