Room was clean. Reasonable price. Outlet in the bathroom was not working, so couldn’t use hairdryer. That was the only issue.

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very flat and thin. Room was clean thankfully. We found out in the morning that the “breakfast” isn’t put out until 7:20, and it was only waffles and some cereal. Staff was nice. Had we known about the breakfast, we would’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel that doesn’t offer it.

I did not stay at this hotel. When trying to confirm if pet friendly, the guy on the phone hung up on me. I got charged for the room even though I cancelled. Do NOT prepay because they will not refund you.

When we checked in, the room he gave us had not been cleaned. He gave us a different room that was clean. The room had a humidifier running in it. The bed was nice and bathroom was clean. The next day I ask the cleaning lady for extra towels and was told no! I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I will not stay at the Baymont Inn at Crossville again!
