Clean, safe and hospitable environment. I found the front desk staff to be very personable and professional, when I checked in on Sunday afternoon. On Monday the kitchen staff was accommodating and professional in their food presentation and responsive to my request. The desk clerk on Monday morning was friendly and accommodating also. This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean.
We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn brand.
