Room in disrepair not good!
Ceiling was falling in and cracked. Had moldy substance and rust. I have photos if someone is interested in seeing the condition.
Less than stellar.
Front desk lied, we were not staying on the top floor. The maintenance man angrily stormed into the pool area, turned off the hot tub three hours early. This stay was less than stellar. I won't be staying with this hotel again.

A LOT of upkeep needs to be done, our room: electric window blind didn’t work, ceiling damage, bathtub creaked, water pipes whistled, missing grout and cracked tile in bathroom, non functional thermostat on wall, peeling wrinkled wallpaper, door not installed well, dim light bulbs.

The place was old and out dated. You could tell by the walls and ceilings. The water heater would make a noise that sounded like it would explode. We like Hampton but this was not one we enjoyed. If we could have we would have changed hotels.
