We got an upgrade to a suite and it was really nice, breakfast was extensive but staff needed to be way more on top of refilling and cleanup. My sister had to go get them twice to take care of something. Overall I can't say it was a bad experience but talk to kitchen staff.

We went there to get in the Jacuzzi, I literally made two phone calls prior, one before I booked and one before we left. I was told the Jacuzzi was up and running… that was one reason we booked the room to get in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi didn’t work when we got there… one employee came out to the jacuzzi told us it hadn’t been working, but sent an email out to who services it, after she knew we were interested in getting in. My husband told her, we just called prior to leaving home.
They fixed the Jacuzzi the next day, it was up and running finally, but it was time for us to check out. Never was able to get in the JACUZZI for 2 days. Very very disappointed!!!! I wish they would have been honest.
