Deteriorated
This is the third time we been in this hotel. It’s quality does no longer compare with other Hamptons. Broken tiles (elevator) and in general it gave an unkept appearance. We need to change rooms two times: TV not working, A/C not working. In the third room (where we stayed) a piece of chewing gum was stuck on the night table. The reception clerk tried her best but still.
