Enjoyed stay but hotel needs a few improvements stool in room was broken and stained.
Overall was a good experience needs hot water in bathroom sink needs fixed.
Tapley Wedding
My oldest grandson's wedding was in Carrollton last weekend. In order for his 92 year great grandmother to attend we stayed overnight at the Hampton there. We all had a great time and all the hotel staff was so nice. Thank you and we hope to come back soon!

The hotel is a little run down and dark, with a musty smell. They are undergoing a renovation inside and outside that will hopefully make it feel fresh.
The breakfast was very good and the service was great.

My stay was ok. My room smelled very musky, and I could see signs of leaks around my windows and AC unit. My shower head just kind of bounced around in the wall, didn't seem to be attached to anything. Overall, everything just seemed outdated.

Pros: Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Location is convenient to many dining options, some even walkable. Area felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two bottled waters were provided upon check in at no cost.
Cons: This property is in need of some upgrades. Everything is very aged. Carpet in hallways is dirty and worn. Room has a old smell to it. Bedskirt was too big and laid on the floor. Sheet was too small and came off the corners easily. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. No soap in bathroom but was able to retrieve some from the front desk. Door keys stopped working after only a couple hours. However front desk corrected this easily.

it was not up to standard no hot water the shower was not clean and the air conditioner ran loud as a race car overall will not stay at this property again
