When I called to book I was not told it was under construction.
Unfortunately due to construction the place was sticky, dirty and dusty. The renovated room was nice. We discovered the exterior doors were propped open at night after workers left and brought it to Matthew’s attention and he took care of it. The staff, especially Matthew and Stephanie, were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the cleaning staff and Crystal in the kitchen were also amazing.

They were renovating the third floor where I was staying and I was very surprised they had people staying there with no carpet in the hallway, workmen coming and going etc. My room literally had no lighting other than the two little lights right by the beds. I pointed this out to the front desk staff and she was very helpful and brought a lamp in for me but was still quite dark in the evening in the room.
