Reilly at reception quick and helpful.

Nice people, but too expensive with construction crew on site.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was newly decorated and clean. The breakfast was much better than other hotel breakfasts we've had. All in all, the hotel was fine.

I booked this room a couple of weeks ago. My friend and I ride motorcycle and it was very important to us that there was a hot tub on site, as we can be very stiff, tired and potentially wet and cold after a ride. In fact, we booked here specifically because of the hot tub. The only other one in the area was the Holiday Inn however our preference of 2 beds was sold out, so we opted for the Hampton Inn. My daughter works for another chain and we could have literally booked next door for half the price. When we went to use the tub, it then came to our attention that it was under renovation along with the entire pool area. I saw this no where on the website, was not told upon check in, and then when I requested compensation due to this reason, I was told that it was Expedia's problem since I booked through the site. The manager Rebecca was obviously unwilling to deal with this issue beyond that statement. ( I did notice after the complaint there was suddenly a laminated sign posted on the the check in counter outlining the renovations) I feel that this venue was misrepresented, and we were cheated. There was nothing clear on either site at my time of booking, or I would have gone elsewhere. Beyond this, I had no other issue with the lodgings, however I feel my friend and I wasted good money when we chose to stay here at a premium price and the amenities advertised were not available.

Chose to stay here over a neighbouring hotel because it would have a pool. A pool is pictured so I did not double check listed amenities. Upon check in I find out that the pool has been closed for a couple of weeks. They did offer to cancel my reservation but it was simpler to leave things as is.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our one issue was that another guest mistakenly used his key to enter our room. We were in the room at the time. We went to the front desk and they immediately gave us another room. It was just as neat and clean, but the faucet in the bathroom was broken. It fell off when my wife tried to use it.

We loved the rooms but the pool was not working. The front desk staff and the maid on our floor were nice, some other staff did not speak. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff were very friendly

As much as I understand that a lot of hotels are under construction it, would be nice for these rates to clean up the areas when done for the day. Things were left through the hallway we were in, where we had to scoot around them to get to our door. Was pretty off putting. Staff was great though as usual, breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices and the rooms were comfy! They’re very motorcycle friendly which is always great as well

There was construction/remodeling during the stay, but everything else was just fine
