Quality and service beyond what would be expected
From the check in desk to room to the breakfast buffet, this hotel is what you would expect at a much larger more expensive hotel. Kudos to the staff and management.
Unfriendly Front Desk Staff.
The room had a musty smell, one of the windows only had one panel that let the out side air in, the bathroom floor had broken floor tiles, the front desk manager was not friendly and charged my credit card for a room that had been prepaid. And I had to file a claim with my credit card company after checkout to remove the charges. Next time we will stay at one of the other hotels in the area.

The staff at check in and through the night with help with linens for a sick child! It was clean and fun thank y’all so much! We will be back! Loved meeting the owner as well!

Noise from above! We were in 301 so whoever was above us must have had kids jumping on the bed or unsupervised. We complained but got no relief.
