We were very disappointed for breakfast. The eggs were gone and we waited about 45 minutes and we still didn’t get any. This was on a Saturday morning.

NO HOT WATER!!

Great room. Breakfast area is being remodeled, but breakfast was ok. Nice hotel.

Good breakfast, property under renovation. No pool, offered the use of pool at the hotel next door.

The gentleman at the front counter at check-in was super nice and friendly! You could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in it…hard to find that quality these days, wish I could remember his name. Overall, the stay was as expected, but front desk clerk was 10 out of 10

There was remodeling going on. The pool was not open to guests which was unknown until check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

We stayed here last year and the pool and hot tub were out of order. It was still out of order this year. The room was dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping was terrible. We left our room one morning at 7AM and when were returned at 3PM the door was left propped open by housecleaning. The room had been remodeled before we checked in and the bathroom floor was covered in adhesive. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, but it was still there when we checked out. The shower doors had been replaced but the bottom of the frame had not been caulked and water flooded the bathroom everytime we took a shower. We notified the front desk but nothing was done about it. The parking lot was a mess of busted asphalt and full of ants. Every time we got in our car it was full of ants. There was a broken down truck with Ohio plates parked sideways taking up three parking spots. It had one tire off with the suspension resting on the tire and two other flat tires. It was there for our whole seven day stay. It is probably still there. We will not be staying here next year. It was a terrible experience.

Newly remodeled rooms were nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. All staff (front desk and breakfast room) were friendly. Entire building was bright and cheerful.
