My favorite place to stay in Duluth!
The rooms are always clean and comfortable, nice pool area and great continental breakfast! Being on Canal Park is a plus as well and I love the view of the lake. The staff on Easter was very friendly and helpful. My wife made quite a bond with one of them and he made sure to say goodbye to us as we were checking out. Another great visit. Thank You!

Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Self parking was easy. Check in took way too long; almost 40 minutes. One person said they had a new computer system, the other said it was a nation wide problem that was slowing computers down.

Facility is very convenient to access to anywhere. The lake view was pretty. The room was clean. No complain. Just wanted to withdraw one star was because of the staff. Nobody gave me any greeting, when checking in, passing by in front of the front desk, breakfast, hallway, checking out. Even once.

Very nice hotel, dog friendly. The rooms where extremely big and that's important when traveling with a dog, 2 kids and 2 adults. One child is in a pack and play and they're was still plenty of room in the room.
