When we got to the room the tv was on and could not get the tv to change channels, wouldnt turn off. We tried to unplug the tv and plug it back in. Still didn't work. Went to the front desk and she was like there is nothing wr can do till tomorrow. The door to the bathroom rubbed on the tile and an unbareble noise. Was afriad to shut the door because it was so loud.

The stay of this hotel was terrible. Everything is outdated and there is a terrible stench. Had a hard time at my stay and everything was not clean.

We have stayed here a number of times. It has always been above average. it is near a dog park and walking outside the fence is a great place for exercise. Breakfast area is nice food was well prepared, good selection.

The front desk staff wasn't friendly. The hotel is under renovation which made it noisy during the day. Our room had ants and the room didn't have a phone in it.

STAFF WAS VWRY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMADATING, ROOM WAS LARGE AND COMFORTABLE, LOVED THAT OT WAS PET FRIENDLY AS WE BROUGHT OUT CHIHUAHUA DO TO BERYL AS WE WERE WITHOIT POWER FOR OVER A WEEK
