No hot water in the tub.
Had plenty of hot water in our sink but no hot water in the tub. We got told some BS about everyone is showering for dinner….let the water run for 10 minutes. The front desk person said she could change our room but couldn’t guarantee hot water in a new room either. I asked if we couldn’t test the water 1st before moving…..nope couldn’t do that. So no shower shampoo for $160/night. Grrr. Probably won’t stay here like ever again! Never.

Easy access right off of turnpike! Nice rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was great and the entrance was welcoming. The hotel was peaceful at night.

Older building. Difficult making reservations due to difficulty understanding the person on the phone. Needed to make sure that our dog was welcome Thought that I had made all the arrangements but I was told that I still needed to pay the additional $50 fee for the pet once we checked in.
