The Hampton is the best! I’m always very satisfied when I stay there.

Clean room and great shower. The bed was too soft for me as I prefer a firm mattress. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Good breakfast selection.

Nice, simple, clean place to stay. It’s right off the Interstate, so makes it convenient as well. The staff is wonderful!

I was assigned a handicap room and was told that was all that was available. When asked about cancellation policy I was told that since the booking was through a third party a cancellation was not possible. Basically we were held hostage in a location that we were not very happy with. I did not reserve a handicap room. I made the reservation well in advance of the stay. Hampton staff only cleans the room every other day??? I stayed two nights, so in reality the room was cleaned after departure, something done regardless. A very small sign on the sink details the room is only cleaned every other day. Staff did not advise this at check in. The room had a musky, moldy, odor. The climate in this area is very dry and would not attribute to the odor. The business office was an open area with a small printer on an unsteady table, the cord outstretched tightly. Very unimpressive unprofessional look. The pantry, where items can be purchased by guests was merely a wire cart with a few items on the shelves. There was no regular candy or chips. There were few drink choices in an unimpressive cooler. The staff was friendly. The issue here is not the staff. It’s the management and their apparent short cutting amenities and over booking stays. We have stayed in other Hampton locations and they where very agreeable. However, this particular location and its issues have guided us to the make the decision not to stay at any Hampton properties in the future.

Everything was fine as far as the property

The room was clean and comfortable. The morning staff polite, friendly, and professional; however, upon check in the day before, the front desk clerk must have been having a bad day because she wasn't friendly or even easy to understand.

Swimming pool was very cold. Front desk staff not very friendly.

Location is best. Everything is nearby Walmart is right behind hotel 10 steps. And every restaurant you think will be in within 1 mile.
