Excellent hotel and staff! Our stay was wonderful and the hotel was super clean; the staff was so helpful and nice and the breakfast was great. I HIGHLY recommend and won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Lufkin!

Air conditioning did not stay on the temperature we set when going to sleep. Waking up uncomfortable during the night and looking at the thermostat, it was different each time.
Also the ice machine on the first floor was not working on Sunday morning at breakfast. When we asked if we could get ice somewhere, they told us it was broken and said we could go upstairs on the second floor and get ice. We didn’t really want to go up and get ice from another floor. So we did without.
