Came for business, but cleanliness and security were top notch. Staff knowledge and friendliness were uncommon. Would highly recommend.

Manager on duty and other staff super helpful. Great location within easy access of walkable shopping and Great restaurants, secure lot and easy convenient jump onto I 240 to the airport.

The lobby area is very large, easy to accommodate large groups, which we were. Good selection at breakfast. Very large and comfortable Inn in a good, safe, pretty neighborhood.

Very nice hotel.

The staff was helpful, the food delicious and the stay a pleasant one.

Staff was not friendly at all and property is not well kept

greeting staff person at entry was abrupt and unfriendly. bedroom and bathroom did not feel or look clean. During late evening someone kicked or beat very hard on our door as if they were seeing if it might open. I called to the front desk, the phone rang many times with no answer before I stopped trying to reach the desk. We were afraid. I considered calling the police because there was no help available from the front desk. Several minutes later, I called the front desk number again and after several rings he answered and said he would send security. Minutes later a security person knocked, and when asked, identified himself as "security." I opened the door, explained the bang on the door. He said he didn't see anyone on the floor. I let him know it had occurred 10-15 minutes ago and told him the desk had not answered. He said the desk person had been off somewhere else. He left us and we again locked the door. We did not feel safe.
