Nice rooms, free parking, breakfast.
The room was nice. The breakfast was average but I was thankful to get it. The free parking was a plus.
Not the usual Hampton Inn experience. Very old furnishings. Needs upgrade.
I won’t pay that kind of money to stay there again. I could have paid $20 more and had a very nice room. Very little food in the little store for after hours which is important when you don’t need to walk after dark. Got a handicapped room with a TV that didn’t work when almost no people in the hotel. Moved to another room. Got regular room with a TV that did work.

There has definitely been a decline at this property or maybe this is their new standard. My classmates and I will no longer stay here. We found another hotel, with bathrooms cleaned during room service, Floors vacuumed, doors cleaned, dishes clean, toilets cleaned… this place was disgusting. It’s clear management has no standards and oh by the way went to the front desk for assistance, there was no one at the desk and then a guy comes from the office, when I asked him for assistance he said he doesn’t work here???? What the what, I went to my room locked the door and made sure I was prepared to defend myself.!!! Don’t stay here, there better safer options in TN.

Nice room but check in was terrible. Lied to about room being ready. Put in a different room. Moved to our correct room around 8:30 at night. Did nothing to fix the problem.

The room design and space was very nice! We did not appreciate that they charging for parking when they clearly have a regular parking lot that extends around the facility and is not secured. It feels like the parking lot charge is to give you the feeling that you are getting a bit better price on this hotel, but they are just making up for the lower price by charging for parking.

My wife had surgery so I needed a wheelchair for when we arrived, they didn’t have one on site but the lady at the front desk called the hotel next door and they had one and she walked over and had it waiting for us when we arrived later than night. Awesome service !!!
