We stayed at the hotel and my daughter had bites all over her I took her to the doctor same day as soon as we got in town and the doctor said she had bed bug bites that she had just got. Will definitely not be back and advise everyone to not go there so then or children will not get bedbugs.

Staff was excellent. Room was nice & clean. The only problem was the birds. They show up by the thousands & roost in the trees. Very loud all night & leave a nasty mess on walkways & cars.

The pool area was clean my grandson always enjoy the pool when we stay . The room is always clean the only thing this time the water didn't get hot. The staff is always friendly and eager to make sure you're happy with your stay

Reservé a través de la plataforma de Hoteles.com y me brindaron una habitación en este hotel, la pagué y me enviaron el número de reservación. El hotel estaba lleno y no me admitieron, ellos cancelaron la reserva. Tuve que viajar con mi esposa 30 minutos hasta Harlingen, Tx, para poder hospedarme. Solicito la devolución de mi dinero por favor. Pueden enviarlo a la tarjeta con que pague la reservación. Gracias

There was a hair in the bath tub, the refrigerator leaked (defrosted) all night, and the breakfast was disappointing.
