Front desk person was some what rude telling me I should book thru them I don’t get the best rate with a third party Our rom was on the third floor opposite of the elevator!…we are abl but what about some one who is not?? There was only a couple cars on a Saturday night?? When got to the 3rd floor the pot smell was over the top😩…..the entire hall smelled ….luckily our room didn’t….it smelled the same every time we out Garbage was over flowing in most public trash cans We have used this hotel for years on our trips to our son’s home in Michigan but we won’t anymore

The hotel staff were great but my room did not have a microwave or cups for coffee, etc. And the dispensers for soap etc. were empty. The staff did fix these problems but on a busy schedule i was hoping these things would be ready. The place is in need of minor fixes too around the toilet and restroom areas.

The first thing the desk clerk told me when I got there is that they had no soap!! Said their vendor didn't deliver it. That's ridiculous to me. Someone should have gone to the warehouse Clube to buy soap for their guests if that's the case. Then, I asked where the soda machine was and the clerk told me but also said it didn't work very well and if I lost my money in it, he would reimburse me. After that I noticed a mildew smell on the first floor. A friend told me he stayed here once and had to ask for a different room because of that. He said it was coming from the swimming pool. I was on the 3rd floor, so I figured that I can just ignore the smell. When I got in the elevator, there were loud thumping noises. It felt like the elevator was going to break. Honestly, I don't think I will ever stay here again because of all this. The soap issue really got to me. The clerk said all they could do was issue credits to guests for it and he wrote my name down but I still have not seen any kind of credit. I'm very disappointed with my stay here!

Hotel needs a facelift. Rooms are old, bathroom faucet leaked and made a puddle on the counter. Shower and tub were significantly chipped and very narrow and hard to stand in. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least.
